Memo Wulff

Barrio bistro es un restauran creado, dirigido y atendido por Guillermo “Memo” Wulff.

Born in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, and with more than 20 years of gastronomic career, Guillermo Wulff U. is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco California and a Cordon Blue diploma. Currently Chef-owner of Barrio Bistro where he prepares dishes that he calls “Del Alma”, with ingredients harvested at his ranch or in the region, always prepared with techniques acquired through his years in the kitchen but always with a Mexican “flair” .

“Memo” Wulff, as everyone knows him, has participated in several important events promoting Puerto Vallarta, such as Food and Wine in Aspen Colorado, Flavor of the Senses at Epcot Center in Orlando Florida, the Puerto Vallarta Gourmet Festival and cooked in New York in The James Beard Foundation.

Chef Memo works on his new project “Del Rancho a su mesa” and “Barrio Farm Project” where he involves the community and promotes 100% sustainable projects.
