Born in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, and with more than 20 years of gastronomy, Guillermo Wulff U. is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco California and Blue Cord diploma. Currently Chef-owner of Barrio Bistro where he prepares dishes that he calls “Del Alma”, with ingredients harvested on his ranch or in the region, always prepared with techniques acquired through his years in the kitchen but always with a Mexican “flair”.
“Memo” Wulff, as everyone knows, has participated in several important events promoting Puerto Vallarta, such as Food and Wine in Aspen Colorado, Flavor of the Senses at Epcot Center in Orlando Florida, the Puerto Vallarta Gourmet Festival and cooked in New York at The James Beard Foundation.
Chef Memo works on his new project “Del Rancho a su mesa” and “Barrio Farm Project” where he involves the community and promotes sustainable projects 100%.
